Programming Languages:
- BASH
- I've done lots of BASH Scripting, some of which I use on a daily basis, and
I've read and studied all chapters of the Advanced Bash Scripting Guide
- SH
- I've done SH mainly though playing with BASH to see if I could make it into SH
- JAVA
- I mainly did JAVA in my later years of College, and I've started to read some books to refresh my skills on Java
- C++
- I started learning C++ before college, and in my earlier years of college
- C
- I mainly learned C by leaning the difference between C and C++
- PYTHON
- I've done online tutorials on PYTHON(Mainly from Codecademy), and have read Sam's Teach Yourself Python in 24 hours
- QBASIC
- QBASIC and BASIC were my 1st two programming languages that I've learned
- HTML
- I built this website using xHTML strict, and done some other misc HTML related stuff
- SQL
- I've had several classes on SQL and Databases,
I've gotten A's in

DBA-220 Oracle DB Programming II,
DBA-115 Database Applications,
DBA-120 Database Programming I,
DBA-110 Database Concepts
- JavaScript
- I learned JavasScript on W3Schools and Codecademy, and added some JavaScript to my homepage
- Mathematics Software:
- Mathematica
- I like Mathematica best of all the mathematics programs I've learned
- Maple
- I used this for Calculus classes
- Ti-Basic
- I've read the entire instruction book, and have programmed in problems I've found from classes
- Misc:
- When I was at CPCC I was known as the #1 guy to go to get answers to calculator questions
- Operating Systems:
- Linux
- I've used Debian Linux for quite some time, I've also at least installed and tried out RHL, Ubuntu, Debian, and CentOS
- Debian
- Debian Linux has been my Primary OS for close to a decade, and this is where I do most of my of my computer programming
- Ubuntu
- I used Ubuntu for a few years before switching to Debian
- Windows (11, 10, 7, XP, ...)
- Even though I primarily use Linux, but I come back to Windows for some things
- VirtualBox
- In VirtualBox I have virtual machines of Windows 10, 7, XP, and MSDOS 6.22
- VMWare
- I've used this for a Hadoop class that I took(teacher quit before this ended, so I didn't get to finish)
- Additional Software:
- NI Multisim
- I used NI Multisim for several of my classes in Electrons Engineering Technology
- Code::Blocks
- I used Code::Blocks for my C++ coding
- Eclipse
- I used Eclipse for my JAVA programming, and LiClipse for PYTHON programming
- MS Office
- I mainly use this for MS Word/Excel, sometimes PowerPoint, etc...
- LibreOffice
- For spreadsheets I mainly use LibreOffice Calc
